Design and Appearance

The Signia Silk Charge and Go IX fits entirely within the ear canal, making it virtually undetectable to others. It comes in two faceplate finishes — Mocha and Black — and features a soft, textured exterior that minimizes light reflection for added discretion. The faceplate has no battery door, resulting in a sleeker look and improved resistance to moisture, dust, and debris. With an IP68 waterproof rating, the Signia Silk Charge and Go IX is the first CIC hearing aid to achieve this level of protection. Remarkably, its dimensions remain nearly identical to the earlier non-rechargeable Silk X model — a notable engineering milestone.

Fit and Comfort

Designed for on the point use, the Signia Silk Charge and Go IX uses EarWear 3.0 ultra-soft silicone sleeves that provide comfortable once its out of the box. Multiple sizes and styles of pre-fitted click-sleeves are included, eliminating the need for custom ear impressions or lengthy fitting appointments. For those who prefer a more tailored experience, custom earmold options are also available. Additionally, Own Voice Processing (OVP) technology helps users adapt by reducing the artificial sound of their own voice during the initial wearing period.

Battery and Charging

A single charge of the Signia Silk Charge and Go IX delivers up to 28 hours of use, with a full recharge completed in roughly 4 hours. The device comes paired with a compact portable charging case that doubles as a power bank, capable of providing up to four additional charges on the go. The case supports both wireless Qi charging and conventional wired charging for added convenience.
